The UXR-B Has More Features. The standard 500 Mpts feature enables capturing waveforms that are 2.5 times longer than previous models. Additionally, wider DDC and RTSA bandwidths facilitate faster analysis and debugging of wireless signals. Furthermore, InfiniiSim Basic de-embedding, Precision Cable, and Precision Probe are now included as standard, which allows for the removal of channel loss in high-speed digital designs.

Model Overview

The UXR is available in three different model categories based on available bandwidth, sample rate and input connector size. Infiniium UXR-Series models offer bandwidths from 5 GHz to 110 GHz with various 1-channel, 2-channel, or 4-channel configurations available. The 3.5mm models are equipped with Keysight AutoProbe II interfaces while 1mm and 1.85 mm models incorporate an advanced highperformance high-bandwidth Keysight AutoProbe III interface.
